There is no federal filing, just the spac's PR... here is SEC. Read the real stuff, not some stock pump site or whatever. I'm not the confused one, I gave you the same link or had it up on this board already earlier. That came from swindler and it's not the full form in the first place as it doesn't even make it clear if it is registration or removal. Appears to be registration of the new issue.
If it trades tomorrow, why is it still trading after hours right now and not halted? You want to explain to the maga shareholders what to do with their dwac stock. Do you magically think it turns into the new company stock 1 to 1? How about they actually state whats going to happen to retail dwac issue.
