I think moving them to a retirement account also gives us extra protection from them selling them... More protection in a retirement account than a cash account where they can take the liberty to sell stocks... not so much in retirement account! (more laws involved)
I had some shares back from '08 in another account at TDAmeritrade that now have like a ten number reference of what the stock was... I've forgotten what the stock was lol and now it has been moved over to a Schwab account... and that is the only marker in that account. lol
All I remember is that the stock was a Q.... bankruptcy stock..... I've played quite a few over the years... The best one from '08 was Chemtura for me. CHEMQ - Made a good amount of money on that one! Hoping Lehman eclipse that one.... fairly certain it will.
