I got that, but Garland hasn't restrained the FBI from staying on the case and he has no say on what all of those other law enforcement agencies and departments are doing.
I'm not a big fan of his, letting the 1/6 committee do most of the heavy lifting and not grilling Hur about WTF the 'elderly man with a bad memory' shit was doing in the report and not pointing out how it contradicts what he stated earlier about Biden's 'strong recall' in the same report.
