After accessing the Lans Holdings website, scroll down to the middle of the webpage. Click on the shareholder notice (“Return to Treasury Program” pdf) and then click on the Return to Treasury Program link in the notice to start the DocuSign process.

The first step requires submitting proof of ownership. People have been submitting monthly statements and other forms of proof. I requested a letter of stock ownership showing proof of ownership for each account that contained LAHO shares from my broker. For many reasons, I could not release my brokerage statements to demonstrate proof of LAHO ownership. I needed to submit alternative documentation.
