What's with all the liquidity again. This is like October 2023 when they announced the order from the March 2023 litigation over LBH PLC distributions and CT's had volume that month that was last seen in Aug 2013. What's the deal with liquidity now?

why would someone liquidate them now for peanuts? or just from one hand to other? where do you find this data?
