Agree Ukraine has demonstrated Putin's military is not what many believed it to be. Still, no one except a couple of crazies, no not you,
wants that big a war. It would be world again. In that case i think China would likely make even more aggressive moves in their region too.

Russia doesn't need their entire purported nuclear arsenal to lay waste the planet.

They maybe can't fight for shit. That much is apparent, but I don't doubt that they do have that club in the closet.

In Rachel Maddow's book, "Drift", she discusses the decrepit state of our own nuclear arsenal... and I don't doubt that Russia's are worse, but whatever the failure rate, I'd bet on a lot of them hitting somewhere near their marks.
