Yeah, it’s all pretty turnkey. Who knows why they didn’t just move in a limited manner now versus a few months from now if nothing changes, as they said they would, to take the risk out of the DOE decision?
Could’ve been anything hanging it up (SHI, financiers, etc.). I’m sure they had a valid reason, but just curious
