I have to say I agree with you. But this is where I stand… Lisa is close to having the success she has thrived for. She craves the recognition she has craved for over 25 years. If she gets a positive Phase 3 and then FDA approval she will be the toast of Wall Street and be on no every stock show from CNBC to Fox business… she will be Cramers Queen of pharmacy. She has stepped on and ruined investors for years. This is all about her. She has no feelings or compassion about anyone but herself. She wants to have a novel drug so she can get on magazine covers She is a bitch, but she will succeed and I pray it’s this time. Anyone who wants to go on this thread and start scrolling back. You will find me in every year from 2020 till now. Supporting the stock right up to the reverse splits. Then taking my losses moving on and then returning. I don’t have an averages price per share I have a 4 year accumulated loss in excess of $25,000.00! So yes she is a bitch but I sure want her to succeed and without another RS it would be my 4th with this bitch.

Nice points! I can't speak for the other investors going back on this over the years, or anything else.
What I did see was Lisa stop a massive run in its tracks with the timing of that PRE 14A filing?
If she would have just held off until after the results were published, we would have gone to a dollar. This was just starting to go parabolic.
This was trading over 400 million shares when she decided to put that filing out? Why at that time?
We went from 20 cents in after-hours trading on March 5th down to 6 cents today with no volume.

Anyhow, I pray that you are right about this, and that when those results come out positive and hopefully the 30 years in the making pays off.
I do need this to hit as do many others on this board.

Indeed, let's be honest. A drug 30 years in the making. Trial and error, more enemies than friends, lots of money...

It really could be 1 of the most sold drugs all over the world. They are present in the USA, in the EU and in the UAE allready ...

I mean, even with the dilution of shares, up until 300 million shares... It is not a lot.. It is a standard amount in biotech. So, I can imagine some tricks to scare investors out of their positions. This could become 1 of the most epic returns on investment, in a short period of time, ever seen.

Market cap at 5 million, while the drug will generate in the billions. As long as the results are not out, we can expect some more trickery in my opinion. It happened multiple times before, especially via Seeking Alpha articles (in other stocks) -> also in the other way, positive news, unofficial, to keep the faith, while bad results came out later... So, if I see an article, unofficial, stating negative news... I expect positive news.
