Says who? Anyone in any official capacity? Or is this coming out your arse? All I hear from this admin is tax the rich. Spend spend spend. There is no indication that they wouldn't just cover additional spend with yet more debt.
If the govt suddenly decides it wants to use for-profit business dollars to cover public discretionary spending, our country as we know it is in SERIOUS trouble. No company and no citizen will be safe.
