Joe i didnt say you didnt. I was asking if you agree because madg didnt answer. When i say Zimmer I mean Zimmer BIomet and its family of companies. Interestingly it is Biomet part of Zimmer Biomet that Sintx has been connected to on the R&D front while personnel have been connected to the Zimmer side. Dr Pezzotti conducted research on several things for Biomet prior to working with Sintx in 2015...after the merger. Sintx tested its femoral head, beginning in 2015 i think it was, at the University of Nebraska against an Arcom XL liner (if memory serves). Thats a Biomet liner and Biomet was also conducting testing at University of Nebraska then; by itself mere coincidence but coupled with all the other Biomet connected stuff not so much. The E1 Vit E liner supplied by Zimmer Biomet and used in the study I linked was Biomet IP prior to the merger. Lastly the Acetabular shell used in the other study i linked, OsseoTi, was also Biomet IP prior to the merger. All of that came after a R&D agreement that was signed between Sintx and an unknown entity May 13th, 2015. An R&D agreement that did not appear until late 2017 (in Sintx filings) along with that 2.5m certain R&D payment.
You maybe answering my questions in the only way you can or you maybe avoiding it, you left it ambiguous and open to interpretation. I will at least do you the courtesy of answering yours. I receive no compensation from anyone, in any form, to my knowledge, for posting. Money is not what drives me here or on the Tesla board...although i certainly would like to see a return on my investment here. Its a sincere and real concern for people that drives me on both forums. Ive said it 100s of times before, metal implants are going to cause more dis-ease for people as the earths magnetic field continues to weaken due to increased exposure to EM radiation (not even factoring human made EM radiation). It seems Zirconia implants could cause similar problems to Titanium as the material used for dental implants seems to be paramagnetic just like Titanium is. Thus it too could cause a similar amplification affect. Teslas, other EVs, Hybrids, and even more modern ICE vehicles can and do go out of control/spontaneously combust because of EM radiation. Having said that, EVs seem way more prone to going out of control, particularly Teslas, but Hybrids appear to suffer the most fires. Then again hybrids are alot older than EVs. Maybe there will be more EV fires as they age.
Theres ALOT of deception in this world, including in regards to Sintx & Tesla, and i like to get to the truth, to the best of my ability, when i can. There is a deceptive element trying to convince people Sintx is worth less than it is and theres a deceptive element that tries to fool people into thinking Tesla is better than it is. Tesla is a fake it until you make it scam just like Theranos. Thats how it drove sales, revenue, & stockprice by faking it could deliver a level 5 FSD system in a much faster timeframe then it could, along with delivering an Uber like network, and Robotaxis that would help justify its lofty valuation. People purchased Teslas and FSD package thinking they could make money just owning it. Now Tesla is legally being forced to payback those fees for FSD with interest in the UK.
Frequently i add this footer to my Tesla posts showcasing the EM issue. At the bottom i mention the Hutchison Effect and that Effect may cause spontaneous fracturing of metal implants the way it does Tesla suspension components including on its newest vehicle, the Cybertruck.

Tesla Drivers Have the Highest Crash Rate of Any Brand: Study Tesla led all automakers with 23.54 crashes per 1,000 drivers in the past year.
Tesla goes out of control hitting a hydrant and tree, burns its occupants alive as their friends try desperately to get them out.
It was learned that a speeding Tesla crashed into a fire hydrant at Macarthur Boulevard and Grant Lane Road in Tracy at 9.45pm on Friday night, then crashed into a tree and burst into flames.
Behind their car, their other friends were coming in another car, who tried hard to save their friends, but the car got locked and they could not do anything because of the flames.
Tesla suffers SUA and drives into a parking garage wall.
I'm begging all of you to NEVER get in a Tesla as long as you live. It started accelerating on its own in a parking garage and my dad lost all control of the car and we ran into a wall at 40 mph. Most horrifying experience of my life.
Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.
The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?
As to how it helps the stock price, well that's obvious and that's why it's a moot point for me. So the whys and whens are immaterial imo.
It should help the stock price because it means Sintx has a pathway to commercialize its ortho products with a major player. Sadly this information has never helped the stockprice. Sintx marketcap should be in the hundreds of millions not single millions. For me, i want them to get moving already! Seriously, the longer they take to announce some sort of collaboration the longer it'll take for the products to get to market the more patients, like my wife, that get stuck with a metal implant. Could there have been a dental product on the market by now had they announced a collab back in 2017? No idea honestly because very little is revealed on the dental front but it seems a clinical trial could have been done years ago. Yes you have grounds to complain about little info about this.
How is he crapping on me? Because the stockprice sucks? Does Sonny control the price? He announces revenue has doubled the stock drops. He announces two aerospace revenue contracts and the stock drops. No matter the positive news, the price goes lower. I swear the better position Sintx is in the more the price seems to drop.
News is not fluff. Since when are developments on potential products fluff? Thats real legit news. Its just downplayed to help provide the narrative for the continued dropping of the stockprice as funds continue to short/naked short. How are patents a bad thing? How is diversifying revenue sources a bad thing? How is creating more product candidates a bad thing? One day, if Zimmer so chooses, it can sell all those Sintx products in ortho/antipathogenic portfolio. It could definitely diversify its revenue streams licensing products/oem supplier/printing blanks, etc.. if it acquired Sintx oneday. All depends on its roadmap.
Nothing about these Press releases represents fluff and instead represents another potential product for its portfolio or update on development.
This news represents a co-developed product to add to the portfolio:
January 30, 2024 SINTX SUBSIDIARY TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT & TRANSFER TO DEVELOP 3D PRINTING AND CMCs WITH DEVCOM-ARMY RESEARCH LABORATORY
This PR is federal grant money to aid in the development of yet another product and means less money needed from the companies coffers. This product could bring in Invibio like revenue one day. October 11, 2023 SINTX Technologies Awarded Phase II NIH Grant for Silicon Nitride-PEEK 3D Printed Composite Spinal Implants
This news is means that, if successful, Sintx can 3D print Si3N4 implants. Not only does this lower manufacturing costs (how is that bad or fluff?) but also means they can address the one drawback of Si3N4 implants, its modulus of elasticity. 3d printing would allow them to reduce that so Si3n4 could be a standalone material for things like femoral stems. August 17, 2023 3DCERAM SINTO INC. and SINTX TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCE COLLABORATION TO DEVELOP MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING OF ADVANCED CERAMICS
This one was a pleasant update but meant little for the time being in regards to revenue. That said, this is standard procedure for companies to issue a press release on. Maybe Sintx has to go through a lengthy qualification process the way it did with Aerospace? IDK. You definitely have grounds for complaining about the lack of information on this. I except revenue for this division from NP Aerospace in the future.
Feb 14, 2023 SINTX Technologies Announces Its New Utah Armor Facility Is Fully Operational
On and on it goes. Development news, offerings, development news, offerings, development, news reverse splits, etc... If Sintx was properly valued there would be far fewer offerings, far fewer shares per offering, and no reverse splits. Sadly Sintx is not properly valued and we get all those things in between development news.
