There is no legal matter to releasing the phase III They have up to 1 YEAR to release them. Just Google it and you will see it’s a year. Most never wait that long “Jun 28, 2021 — Generally, results must be submitted within 1 year of the Primary Completion Date.”
So if people read it they will see what is going on and if they THINK they can figure out what all of this means.
You are right they traded the Series J for common shares. THAT IS NOT THE REASON THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. What matters is further down in the exhibit. Due to the AACR screw up I am not going to elaborate on it. But I will correct the BS that anyone puts up here regarding this 8 K.
FIFE is still eligible for another 35 Million common shares on the remaining 139 J shares if he want to convert...Dont know good or bad or whats going on
