1. Which private banks - the big 10 or all the rest (big ten compete with FNMA in MBS business the rest need F and F to compete with big 10 and would be smart capitalists to buy into F and F

2. OR - are you saying -- GOV converts the LP - SP and destroys current equity. GOV then issues new stock - bought by banks? THAT IS UGLY --- but is not really socialism as the private companies make the money and own it ---- but is BIG TIME CORRUPTION AND UGLEEEEEEE (More like a dictator would do for his oligarch friends - see transition of socialist Soviet Union to King Putin Russia and all his buddies who own oil and shipping and munitions and rail roads --- privately -- ahem
