That is exactly what I am saying, they need more percentage, to give themselves more leeway, once they do secondary and all that. It is not exactly cut and dry issue themselves shares. Are you expecting the OS at some point to reach a billion, then it becomes a bloated pig. Why is everyone so concerned with a reverse split, Delfin is not a scam company, I am not concerned at all, it they plan on up listing and even issue shares, market cap will be the same before the split and plus or minus 10% even after the split.
