Not really. If you think the "Held at DTC" number needs to say 13,244,415 (this 3% of the OS) then you'd be mistaken. The shares we all own right now are included in the "Held at DTC" bc our shares are literally held at the Depository Trust Company, the same place that the shares of insiders would be....I might be wrong but I'm not lying.

NP has presented some valuable information in the last couple days, understanding the mechanics of the trading system is important.

FYI if you want to do the work and figure out where the shares are then you have to go to the SEC filings. HINT: start from the very beginning, NOT the most recent. Then perhaps 172 - (275-125) = 22 and 172+40+229=441 will have meaning to you.
