Best I can see - F and F stand alone with how badly GOV and COURTS have abused power

The FDIC closes banks - for years and years - and then courts figure out what debt holders or equity holders get

The GOV rules on mergers and such

Tons of regulations in Transportation and Banks

But here with F and F --- this is a flat out TAKING without compensation !!!

(legislature - HERA then BUSH/PAULSON then BO and DJT and JOE - and tons and tons of courts)

I suggest this stands alone --- indeed I bet Delaware is still the friendliest via rules and such
