Have you ever even been to Asia.? LOL Blame the outsourcing on US companies not wanting to pay for local callers in the US. Pay would be $3,000 or more a month. In Asia it's $300 to $500 a month. The outsourcing is mostly from India not Indonesia if you even know the difference and the Philippines because in both countries a lot of English is spoken Calls are not coming from China as much less English is spoken there.
