Geeze...I wasn't aware that liabilities, misdeeds and even crimes magically vanish simply because they're "old" and new management is installed.

Well hell... then there's no need for a merger partner to conduct any due diligence is there? No need for audits huh? Apparently BLLB is an Etch-A-Sketch. Simply flip it over, give it a shake and you have a squeaky clean new ticker.
