B402 is a dishonest troll who is here to antagonize most of the time. Nothing more, nothing less.
That type of leading question of his is the sort of thing we might only do when we are fed up
with a guy like he is enough to perhaps say, "Why do you act the fool as you do".
He attacks someone by asking why do you think attacking is skillful when in actuality he has
no valid reason for saying it. In that one to me, of course, he was dead wrong as usual.
