SEER nice move was thrilled to get some at 1.53.

ACHL, my other fat cash one is also up over 50% in the last couple weeks.

Did you look at TLIS? This is my current favorite. Cash is likely as rich as any of these, but they’ve eliminated most of their expenses, and the Baker brother’s involvement and large position is something the others lack.

Looking at XLO too, but seems shadier.

These have decent/high insider ownership, none or only 1 reverse stock split, aren't based in China, and have low P/C (as you always look for)
