Honestly I would suspect MOST HERE DON'T HAVE ANY SHARES up for sale, so again HOW do ya buy what aint there to be bought
IF not then there in is your answer, it is pretty hard to buy what aint up for sale and at the same time the float here is only about 6 mill shares MAX the tutes hold the rest
