$18 mil is small change for those coming in on $billion projection. You should not be confused about what is clearly a "bridge loan". The phases of build out shown in the video and timelines PR'd have been understood by all parties. Everyone that needs a piece of this project is very able to contract out for decades and pay up for their place in Tampa history. Also, the mentioned appraisal is very low for those parcels by at least $10 mil.
