I do understand that, but I'm implying that this group of deplorables will use the same logic that they have been doing with the ballot case.
When a scrotus can come to a conclusion based on speculation and unknowns and twisting wording instead of concrete following of the written rule.
They need to rewrite it so it fits their uses.
I always thought the supreme court would take a case, apply the constitution as it stands and see if the case stands with the constitution. Not change wordings and meanings to fit the case. This court has actively sought a case (guns) and changed the amendment in their interpretation to fit the incorrect inventive prose by the NRA. Even a couple of justices quoted the amendment wrong. One even omitted the word militia. Which is exactly why the 2nd amendment was written for. NOT the general public at all. But the 6 corrupt justices just decided it means for everyone.
Is it really a stretch to imagine they are beholden to the NRA, which had money up to then.
One more thing. In my lifetime, I've never paid much attention to the scrotus mostly because up to 7-8 years ago, they didn't actively seek out issues. This group seeks out issues. And unlike any other sitting group before them that actually thought about consequences, this basket of bad actors haven't shown one iota of caring about what their decisions do. A few make mention, but that's it.
They cared nothing of what Roe would do, they cared nothing about the gun stupidity and almost their entire tenure of the orangefatfuck they definitely didn't give a shit what happens. As long as they kept their sugar daddies happy. Like thomas's butt buddy.
