It sounds like George is confusing the form 10 filing with the S-1 filing he made for $FORW. He should at least tweet and retract his statement about form 10 filing time and clear that up.

Not true. Forms 10 become effective automatically after 60 days.

Sharp has been caught not being honest with shareholders (and omitting important info) many times with this ticker.

Like saying he would refile the GVSI Form 10 two Decembers ago and never did.

The 20 million shares he said he owned but now *poof* they disappeared (remember HokieHead, MrNormall, Keith and other pumpers pointing to those shares as proof GVSI would sky rocket - all pumper bullshit.

Never mentioning the SEC administrative proceeding against GVSI.

Never mentioning GVSI's restriction on corporate actions and GVSI's delinquency until just a few days ago.

The WNFT "promised land" tweet.

The WNFT "new business plan in a few weeks" that never materialized.

Sharp saying he would not reverse split GRDO then did just that.

All of which I repeatedly warned people about.

The GVSI warning signs were there all along.
