Well Said

Is AG breaking the law? Who knows

Yes. American Green is breaking the law and the company is a criminal Ponzi scheme. The SEC DGAF about a fraudulent penny flipping operation like AG. Although I find it funny that Lindel claims to be looking for “evidence” that AG is a scam but when I mention emails from former AG associates that confirms the scam, Lindel goes back to playing games. One would think if you’re looking for evidence of fraud you would want info about said emails but nope….Lindel just continues to berate anyone claiming to have proof of fraud BUT BUT BUT he isn’t defending AG right?

What company has a NDA in place to restrict their employees from saying where their products are? You would think that they might want to promote where their machines are.

Lindel’s deflection here is pure comedy! You know what companies restrict employees from discussing their products….Boeing, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon…basically companies that make war toys…NOT silly little vending companies. Lindel plays coy here because the SIMPle truth here is that there are NO AGMs working anywhere. Also, Lindel here’s a tip….if an NDA asks you to break laws aka commit fraud, then said NDA is void and unenforceable.

Your continued avoidance of simple questions is a bad look. Makes you look like a moron or an accomplice, not a victim

Sadly Lindel is all three….a moron, an accomplice AND a victim. Lindel is a Useful Idiot aka a victim. He was used by AG, chewed up and spit out. He is an accomplice because refuses to come clean about the lack of machines. And he is most certainly a moron based on the videos he made for AG, his writing and his bizarre deflection. Oh, and the way he lurks on this message board is quite odd.

Yes, machines were sold; some are out on location and still in use.
It's not AG machines, as once the machine is sold to a buyer, they have the right to keep their business non-disclosed.
If you walk into a location where the machine is there, that is their business, and some do not want some people to know what they are doing, and I can respect that.
There are none being used for MJ as far as I know, as there are some items, such as reporting how much someone buys and who purchased it, that were still being worked on to comply with some state laws when AG shut down the vending division.
The machines that are out in use are being used for other age verification products, and one is simply being used for employee use identification.
I can ask the company that is using the machines still if they would be ok with me mentioning them, but I had asked before, and they said they would rather stay off the radar.
I am not here to defend AG on the stock side by no means as that is not my area of work.
I am here to see if there is any real evidence of them breaking any laws, and it can be proven before I move into court with them.
I am here to gather evidence if anyone has any and see if a class action lawsuit is even possible.
I am not here to call each other names.
I am here looking to see if answers to my questions are here, but maybe this is the wrong place to look for answers.
