I believe your "clearing the decks" speculation is spot on, and I also believe that within the next 6 to 8 weeks there will be a significant positive press release
that will move the share price big-time. Investors on the sidelines waiting for the "show me the money" event will be scrambling to buy in to IPIX. imo
