It is an old scammers trick - MVCO is Dark - Schadel filed a Form 15 in 2023 to deregister the stock and to cease all SEC filing Obligations.

A company does a buyback from profits - so MVCO will have to use toxic financing for a $1 Million buyback.

This is typical Schadel pumping to novice in lnvestors.
