Surely you mean LACK of "INTEGRETITY"?

Important information was omitted from the filings for SEVERAL YEARS of deceiving shareholders.

Shareholders who bought shares during those years where convertible shares were omitted/hidden should SUE the JNSH CEO. He deceived/lied/fraudulent to the shareholders. Those shareholders are now STUCK, especially the ones that bought shares from .01 to .05 ish.

As you stated you talk to a "guy" at the SEC regularly. LMAOOO Did you mention to him that your buddy JNSH CEO omitted important information on filings for MULTIPLE YEARS?

Anyone defending the JNSH CEO is "DISHONEST/CROOK just like JNSH CEO!
