An Acquisition Agreement was signed in September 2023 between WPFH and the shareholders of Virtual Health Holdings, Inc., but closing was deferred into 2024, it is expected to close shortly and an Amended Acquisition Agreement with Virtual Health Holdings, Inc., is in place. So SOLI share holders still have a possible here anywayz
