Incorrect interpretation Ariz. With respect ;),

He was stunned into silence for a few seconds on two occasions BUTT
(on both occasions if I remember correctly) made highly flattering comments to Gavin.

ie; not the likely reply if one has been kicked in the balls (I know this from experience ;(.

The one compliment he gave was "can you teach Biden that. (speech?).

Anyhow, it was kinda a cheap shot on Biden admittedly but a face saving deflection getting outta a tricky situation of
Really wanting to cross the floor and hug and kiss Gavin lol..

Speaking of Biden and the real world he and Elmo made some inroads and likely real difference in peoples lives when they got together
On Twitter:

Taking to X on Tuesday night, he wrote: "Wow! Elmo is glad he asked! Elmo learned that it is important to ask a friend how they are doing. Elmo will check in again soon, friends! Elmo loves you. #EmotionalWellBeing."

Other Sesame Street characters also spoke up to support their friend.

The Cookie Monster wrote: "Me here to talk it out whenever you want. Me will also supply cookies. #EmotionalWellBeing"

Ernie's best friend Bert added: "I'm here if you ever need a shoulder to lean on. I'll make us both a warm cup of tea."

Sesame Street also waded in, sharing a link to mental health resources on its official X account.

And Elmo's efforts to support people's emotional wellbeing were praised by President Biden himself, who said he agreed with the puppet.

"I know how hard it is some days to sweep the clouds away and get to sunnier days," the president wrote on X.

"We have to be there for each other, offer our help to a neighbor in need, and above all else, ask for help when we need it

"Even though it's hard, you're never alone."
Joe Biden

Agree totally, at 2:36 Maher opined 'i don't want to live in a civil war country' being critical of Newsom's going after Red states. Agree, then Newsom well and truly 'kicked Maher in the balls.' Am happy to say there that Newsom in that bit "stood tall" as we do. Newsom said he felt he had to call this stuff out, as we do on this board and as you guys do on Lee Kramer's board too. Cancel culture Newsom said "look at the Republican party" banning speech in the boardroom. Banning books. In that bit gave an accurate description of how this board treats conservative trolls. Newsom said, he felt as Democrats the cancel culture culture war Republicans' were waging needed to be called out, and that, "the facts bear out our case significantly better than the case on the other side." Is that our position here, or what. Damn right it is. Well said, Gavin.

Progressive Darling Stacey Abrams in the News

Fair Fight is indebted $2.5 million and has just $1.9 million in available cash, according to Groh-Wargo. Only a few years ago, between 2018 and 2021, the group raised a reported $100 million.

It takes real talent to blow through $100 million but, hey...she is in training for a Big Government job.
