This is a more personal response. You are certainly free to leave if you want to. I suspect you will be back.
I don't mind you being positive on the stock. On most boards, people have positive and negative news on a stock at any particular time. That's why people buy and sell. My only issue is that when we ask for reasons for your opinions, there is no response. You make statements as to news coming, when no news comes. You almost never explain your reasons or answer any questions about your opinions. We all have projections for stock and believe something will either happen or not happen. When I respond to you, it is a genuine question, and I'm interested in different opinions, right or wrong. I'd like to see some justification for those opinions, though.
Regarding this stock and company: at this time, there is a lot of interest in SPRV, given the relatively high volumes recently. That seems to be because of what this management team did over with HLLK. So, I can understand the expectation of a change of control here with SPRV. However, as of yesterday, nothing has happened. Maybe something will, but I don't expect it. As I suggested before, no news is not good news, especially with OTC stocks. However, the news items for SPRV turned out not to be actual news given that none of the medical office buildings were actually purchased, and those are the only "news" items listed. True, the company is current. That's a positive, but apart from speculation, the statement "They are current for a reason" doesn't necessarily make this a good investment or trade. However, it's hard to argue that holding at 0.0001 and selling at 0.0003 is a bad trade. There do seem to be people that were stuck at 0.0001 pre-split, and now are deeply in the hole if they didn't sell. That's kind of indicative of the risks even in 0.0001 stocks. SPRV now has enough shares that a reverse split is possible. So, that raises the risk at holding at these levels.
Good luck in your future investments, and I hope they work out well. This one, so far, was a bad one.
