You forgot one thing though: once you get those shares from the company you cannot clear them for sale for at least 6 months, usually a year. You also need to get a legal opinion, receive new certificate from clearing agent and deposit with a broker (only a handful in the country will take a penny stock cert) . So a minimum of 6.5 -7 months after one can possibly start selling.

Seems like Dennis is paying much more in short term capital gains taxes than he would as income tax in the State of Washington.

However, you REALLY NEED to read the part about sharing any awards with shareholders if you have overall losses.

Also, looks like Emil gave himself quite the bonus last year....
