The reason why it was in that zone and looked like dillution was due to a convertible note that was still out there. 3 days later it ran from trips to over .03. on Walmart news. Lean Motion Potion was the drink if memory serves correctly.
With ABQQ, the reason its in this range is the CEO is buying shares. MM’s celar boxing to sell a lot of shares in a specific range. We know the CEO is not dilluting, but in fact buying. Yes, people are flipping some, but we saw this same action all week and then the CEO dripped a Form 4 buying 25 million shares in 1 day.
So, using logic here, CEO has already purchased close to a 1/2 Billion shares over the last 2 months (Form 4’s to prove), has not dilluted a single share, will be retiring those shares from the O/S via an 8-K any day now, has intentions of getting the PPS to $4 organicly with no R/S. (time will tell there but if you hold from .002 to $4, you’ve got my vote for trader of the century).
Smart traders are loading at these levels, once the 8-K drops on the share cancellation and more Forms 4’s keep pouring in, we see new highs here.
