brooklyn13, Well, firstly the context to that MLK Jr. quote could be important. Secondly, when i use Zionist i'm not talking at all about the relatively non-political Israeli's who lived happily alongside Palestinians for much of their lives. And i'm sure there are millions of others critical of Netanyahu and others' decades long opposition to any two-state solution who when they use the word Zionist are not speaking against all Jews either. No disrespect meant to the memory of MLK Jr. of course.

I don't understand how you could imagine tossing out an isolated quote like that could hold any stature in this conversation.

Noted it is from a friendly to Israel, and a further right than center author and site. MLK it appears never had anything really critical to say about Israel.

I hope this reminds you that stand alone quotes are not in themselves particularly satisfying.
