Nope. I like the preferred. But my portfolio is heavily heavily concentrated on three main plays. I don't diversify. And I like my next year in the common stock over the amt of pref shares in these. I'm not looking for a court case ruling even if lucrative and I'm going to take a loan against my equity from EM stock up 341% since June 2022 that I started in with six figures to pour into $FNMA. Why not $FMCC? Well, I go for the bigger brother, it earns more, and I am very anti-diversification. That way I keep my EM Oil and Energy sector stock from S. America (easy to find) and I put six figures into something I believe has both privatization and potential to run to the 3 figure price per share in a matter of a year (4Q of amazing revenue based on the macro environment i've been trying to convey surrounding the need for FnF as the motor to keep the cash/profit/sales of a worldwide demand for MBS guar by US govt as a way to access the Buffett signaled 2024-> homebuilders boom in the USA....
