It’s just my guess, based on a hypothesis. This thought was coming out of my mind the first second when I saw their tweet about this thing. Just say, how could they have such an idea of share exchange, to lower the OS? Is that because some investors asked them for possibility of doing so? In their original tweet they mentioned that ‘many shareholders and potential investors intend to convert’, so, who could be the most possible ones to intend to do so? Should be someone who knows their businesses well, and also maybe some other exist investors? And if they already got some shares in their hands, then it is very interesting, because it makes reducing large number of shares more easier in this way.
