This time it's tractors, well recently I attended a two hour technical talk given to a small group of Torotrak shareholders by a couple of senior hydraulics engineers from Torotrak and the subject was almost completely about the application of the Torotrak IVT to tractors. It was very interesting and showed how far advanced they are in this field, if you will pardon the pun.
Incidentally Torotrak already have one tractor maker licencee who is actively developing an IVT for tractors. This licencee has his own brand of tractors but also does badged versions of other maker's tractors.
Torotrak are, BTW, one of the sponsors of the 2007 CTI Symposium & Exhibition - Automotive Transmissions North America, however Torvec will not apparently be there.
It has been a month since the annual meeting. I expected to hear some kind of progress update or stock surge by now. It surprises me that there has been a full month of extra buying opportunity. Lucky for those who have been able to increase their position. Do you think JG will go back to posting more regular updates to the website? Possibly one of the reasons he stopped doing it was the time constraints he is under. He looked tired and worn out at the meeting. The leadership must be under extraordinary pressure. Bet we hear somthing soon.....
