So am I assuming right that you believe the Co. will still come up with the 2@ 1/5 penalty shares AND the conversion to common?

If so, can you give any sources or reasons for this belief?............I also agree that they should honor the past dealings of the previous BOD. It might even make the current Mgt. look better in the eyes of the investor.;-)
