Agreed with most of what you said, except I'd add that it would be at least another 50% collapse if/when he wins.


Docketing note, I looked around at other cases and saw how they were scheduled. While the do let says "Briefing Completed/To screening," this doesn't mean that it has been put on anyone's desk yet. Also, I saw tweets claiming it would be reviewed by the Court of Appeals, but that is premature.

For cases sent to the COA, there was a new docket entry assigning the case to the COA (with a new docket number ending in "-COA") and then it took a few months for a decision. We haven't seen that entry yet, so it's still with the Supreme Court for now.

You have been posting for a year that the NVSC was going to kick Calasse to the curb. What is your legal theory that the case will be dismissed?

The old narrative was that Calasse had been charged with fraud - which isn't true.

So far only Sharp has been busted for lying to the Court - by saying Calasse didn't exist.

You don't seem to understand that GOFF/WNFT can't do a reverse merger without filing a 15c. So there was never a merger lined up.

There isn't any real company that is going to use GOFF/WNFT to go public.

Sharp has been in control of WNFT, GVSI and SRNW for over 2 years and still hasn't accomplished anything of value.
