an expert at averaging down, but like you said, micro pennies fluctuate and most of the time when I buy in (not by hype anymore) pps goes down. I talk to many who will then sell at their cut off point (example 25%) and move on. I respect there point of view.
I think each stock deserves to be treated on its own merits. If it is a company that has been around a while and the financials and chart looks good, then 'average down away', but if its a speculative position on a momo play maybe cutting your losses is more prudent.
