Yep ,before they confirmed merger or buy out , they shouldnt count rxmd revenue as their nxpl income, after all shareholders may not totally agree with what they set. It seems that a no value company try to merger with a rich one by intentionally make the rich one pps lower and lower , such as unbearable quiet all the time .

Doesn’t sound like it’s gonna end well for current shareholders. I would avoid shareholder questions also if I knew they were gonna get hosed. Sure hope I’m wrong.
