Calasse wasn't under any obligation to accept an offer from Sharp and there isn't any proof that Sharp made any offer.

"Lest you forget, Calasse was offered 10 million commons, which at the time could be sold for .50/share, to simply "go away." The greedy prick refused. $5 million dollars is a far cry from stealing shares, but I digress."

Sharp was the one who lied in court that Calasse didn't exist.

And Sharp tried to steal the Calasse stock but the SEC busted Sharp.

The cult narrative had been that Calasse had been charged with securities fraud - but it was more lies from the Sharp pumpers.

It is funny that you call Calasse a greedy prick when it was Sharp trying to steal the Calasse stock. But your hero worship of Sharp you blame everyone but Sharp.

If Sharp didn't provide proper notification to Calasse and we know that is true.

The NVSC was supposed to immediately dismiss the Calasse lawsuit - so Sharp lied about Jurisdiction.

You are using the BS from Sharp about Calasse not purchasing the stock - obviously Calasse was gifted the stock for serving as the CEO.

Show everyone where the SEC charged Calasse with Securities Fraud. If you had read the complain the SEC took the position that Calasse had been duped.

Show me one place where the SEC filed a complaint against Calasse. You are repeating the idiot pumpers mantra of Calasse being charged with fraud.

If that was true why did the SEC make Sharp return the stock to Calasse?

That shows your lack of knowledge of securities and Nevada law - canceled shares can certainly be uncanceled.

Plus, Federal law supercedes state law.

Also, the NVSC can uncancel the stock because of Sharp's subterfuge in the District Court.

It is Sharp's fraudulent actions - as he is the 3rd person to hijack GOFF - Lazar, Adam Tracy and now Sharp and he lied in court to have the Calasse stock canceled.

I guarantee you that Sharp is headed for big problems with the SEC.

You think Sharp is wired into the SEC and FINRA - Sharp filed for a name and symbol change 5 months ago and it is still GVSI.

One thing to remember... Any settlement would likely involve restricted shares that can't be sold for 12 months or so.

So the share price at the time is meaningless, we don't know what the price would have been when the shares could be sold. As we've seen little in the way of details or actual merger news, I'm of the opinion that the price would have dropped on its own after Sharp ran out of excuses for not having a merger.

Lest you forget, Calasse was offered 10 million commons, which at the time could be sold for .50/share, to simply "go away." The greedy prick refused. $5 million dollars is a far cry from stealing shares, but I digress.
