Yes there is a balance transfer of 3 percent. But the money I was wasting every month on the loans was a hell of a lot more than a fee of 3 percent.$12,000 dollar loan 11,300 max from 12 k for loan repayments. Which worked out just fine for me. I pay 800 to 850 a month for repayment minimum repayment is less than 200 so I pay 4 times that amount because I want to get rid of it. And direct that money for high yield dividend ETFs
