The Calasse lawsuit is an excuse not a reason.

I have seen Calasse used as an excuse for everything - most recently Calasse was used as an excuse for Sharp not filing a 15c.

"Wanna talk about a explosive day. It will be once Callasse is out once and for all. Am I pumping nope."

No your investment strategy is based on Hopium.

The Calasse lawsuit is so minor as it is inconsequential in terms of the day to day operation of WNFT - but Sharp never had a merger lined up and he lied to the Court that Calasse didn't exist.

When Sharp filed a Form 10 the SEC asked why the Calasse stock was in the Treasury - Sharp had to revise it and return the stock to Calasse as issued and outstanding.

Why hasn't there been a merger for any of the Sharp shells?

What happens if Calasse wins - Sharp has been the only one lying to the court.

The SEC is firmly on the side of Calasse - the SEC never charged him with fraud as has been posted hundreds of time but they never provided any proof.

The same goofballs said that the Calasse lawsuit would be immediately dismissed and he would be kicked to the curb. But that didn't happen.

I think talks of it rebounding to $0.30+ are unrealistic and definitely pumping, but I like how you gave very reasonable thresholds of $0.05+. If Calasse gets kicked to the curb, I would expect that to happen fairly quickly, and it could climb 2-3x that with positive momentum.

Wanna talk about a explosive day. It will be once Callasse is out once and for all. Am I pumping nope. Am I giving a date when this happens nope. But I will say, the day that happens this stock won’t be at 01 02 03 04 05 cents

But playing devil's advocate, what do you expect if Calasse wins? What do you expect if we don't have resolution by March, or June?

I wholeheartedly agree Don. I remember the build up when this was Goff and the run from about a dime when it came off expert market to it's high around. 75 before the forward split. As for "pumping", this stock doesn't need it. I, for one, think it's a sound investment. With this share structure, and Sharp's other mergers playing out, I see the share price going well above where it is now. Best of luck to you.
