Oh. Sorry, I didn't read the article, just looked at the Form 4. I agree. People sell for many reasons. It COULD very well be he sees the stock going down a bit if Netlist prevails. Or there could be other reasons.

At any rate - NLST is doing well today, which is nice! Particularly in the face of a Nasdaq meltdown.
