lakers17, to answer those questions...
Yes, the SEC did contact me. I'm confident it happened because when I was piped into a verbal chat room to talk to a couple thousand people or so, I told some people that if they felt I truly have done something wrong, then turn me in to the SEC and if I am innocent, then I should be able to explain myself. If I am not, then I deserve to get what I deserve. I gave them my phone number and information to do so. From what I had learned and from what some told me, they turned me into the SEC. I was surprised because some of them I thought were my friends, but I was like so be it. The SEC knew about every stock that was in my portfolio at such time and stocks that I owned before in the past. They questioned me about every single one of them stocks and my logic for making certain posts that I was making on them. They already had enough proof to know that I didn't work for any of those companies because they told me that they had reach out to the companies. Because of the many accusations about such in the past, I would never be that stupid to work for any company like some still try to accuse me of. I did tell them that I have reached out to call companies and speak to their CEOs or someone on their team in doing my DD to share thoughts as to what I think would be smart for them to do based on my years of market experience. The SEC told me that depending on what I would end up learning, it might be best to keep it to myself or to not post it. Heck, I thanked them for that advice because it was very unexpected. They told me that it's fine for me to do research to talk to companies. Investors do that all of the time. In the end, I was fine. Believe it or not, it made some people more mad that nothing happened to me. Trying to understand the hate was and still is beyond me. I was like dam, what more could I do? Heck, they really hate my posts that bad? That was a valuable lesson learned to keep my circle of friends and associates way smaller.
It was a blessing in disguise because it trained me for how exactly I could better move forward to be even more prepared for if I am ever in that situation again. So when bashers here such as uber darthium, surfkast, and others threatening about trying to bring charges against me, it doesn't bother me. I already understand their heart condition and why they are wrong. I have no problem proving my myself to be innocent again. This is why when bashers are falsely accusing me of things like they are doing here, I simply just shake my head. I even give them the same opportunity as I have always done to call me or get me in a room to talk to me publicly or privately in front of everyone so that we can hash it out and go at it. As of late, non of them have. When I get PMs by people that I know are not bashers asking me certain things that the bashers have sent them lying about me, then I sometimes I make a post in response to some of their foolishness if I get the feeling that more are curious about what's being said is true or not. So, sometimes I respond, while sometimes I don't respond. I've been fighting with these bashers for over 20+ years. It's really nothing new to me. They keep me on my toes!
Look, I have never hid behind an alias. My name has always been out there since day 1 over 30 years ago. I have never lied, tricked, or misled anyone ever on purpose. I will admit that I have been wrong sometimes, but I have never done anything illegal. Being wrong and doing something illegal are two different things. The bashers are mad because of the number of bad stocks that I liked where they think that I helped people to lose money. They never mention any stock that I was in to where people made money on and had good results. There's a stock I am still in that recently ran from .0029 per share to .83 per share and have stabilized in the .30 to .50 per share range. It's like a ghost town over there. Why, because the company is very real and such could be easily proven by looking at their production records for the company and their current and pending acquisitions. Heck, anyone can call and talk to them for whatever proof of anything that they like. I have made some posts over there, but not as many as I have here on the NHMD board. That's because more people have asked more questions or this stock was more popular so it warranted more attention, not by my choice. It just happens that way. I could name some more stocks that have done well and some even made it to the NASDAQ from its lows, but I see no need. Believe me, I understand what is going on here.
