You don't seem to understand that Bioamber filed for bankruptcy, and the Judge ordered the assets liquidated.
So your stock is worthless and has been for 5 years.
Several people have been warning shareholders they have devastated - those shareholders are those that invested more than they could afford to lose.
The pumpers got shareholders to believe that there were many NDAs - secret agreements and you would see a huge windfall.
It would be Bankruptcy fraud to withhold a NDA or some secret agreement.
And no one would do this for Equity holders.
So your Broker told you to hold and good things were coming - I don't believe that because your broker would have some legal exposure and that is horrible advice. You should file a complaint - but that discussion never happened.
