Good ;grief, no shares are 'coming'. It is the AS not the OS, and they can't just sell them. It would take a filing to sell them, OR a note converting to shares, but there are no notes.
ysung Dump coming? Almost all companies prefer to have a higher A/S than than the O/S I think. I see no indication at all that those 300 million shares will be sold in the near future. My impression from what I read is that the owners of about n3.5 billion shares will have the last word in this context and that it is not for John Park to decide.
