That would generate profits of 12 million dollars with revenue of 600 million dollars.With a market cap of 55 million dollars the p/e ratio would be as low as about 5 just based on these deals. It is in my view pretty immaterial what the sharecount is. What matters is the market cap. People invest a certain sum of money. With a low pps they get a lot of shares for their money.
