I have a question and it may be infantile. I'm sure you can answer it. The offer that occurred days ago is an event where new coming investors buy x amount of shares with the option to have first sale of them? Is that right? And if a transaction of that nature occurred, then the price would remain in the same place while those shares were being allocated? Maybe what we are seeing right now and should be expected at the close of the offering?
