I was wrong about David Smith - It is Mark Smith - sorry.

As far as the reverse split - I will tell you in a few days - When Etrade post the reverse split for my account.

Sorry about the mix up between David Smith and Mark Smith. David left a bad taste for Smith. Glad to here it Mark and not David.
